“Atty. Rey graced the LMC Summit 2018 sponsored by the National Conciliation Mediation Board NCR of the Department of Labor and Employment and the Society of Advocates of Peace and Progress, Incorporated held last November 9, 2019 at the Grand Ballroom of the Century Park Hotel in Manila, Philippines. The Summit, which was with a theme “LMC @ Work: Effective Approach in Strengthening Partnership in the Workplace”, was the venue when Atty. Rey discussed the topic: “LR Challenges in this VUCA World: Diversity in the Workplace & Industry 4.0”.  Atty. Rey presented the labor relations challenges in the present VUCA world (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous) discussing the present day conditions of labour regulations and the direction of government action to address the same”
