Atty. Rey graced his presence in the People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP) LR Summit 2018 held last November 16, 2018 at the Ballroom of Luxent Hotel in Quezon City, Philippines. The Summit,  sponsored by the Labour Policy Reforms and Industrial Relations Committee of PMAP was with a theme: IR Summit Theme: Philippine Labour Relations Landscape and the Global Workplace.  Atty. Rey was one of the speakers in the summits’ eight (8) plenary discussions.  He talked on the topic of: The State of Labour Policy Reforms in the Philippines, where the challenges to the issue of job contracting was provided with perspectives, to include proposed government action on the same”
